3D puff embroidery

Turn letters and logos into raised 3D puff in one switch. Tarz Studio increases the satin density for foam, closes the open ends, adds a perforation run around the outline and a stop so the operator can lay the foam.

Animation: foam is laid, dense satin covers the letters T and Z, the ends are capped, a perforation run cuts the foam and the letters stand up.

Key points

  • Foam thickness setting (for example 2, 3 or 6 mm)
  • Satin density raised automatically for full coverage
  • Capping stitches close the open column ends
  • Perforation run and a stop to lay the foam

Caps and jackets

Raised letters are a classic for snapbacks, team jackets and premium logos; Tarz Studio prepares every step for you.

2

Clean edges

Capping and perforation make the foam break exactly along the outline, so nothing pokes out between the stitches.

3

See it before sewing

The 3D preview shows the relief, and the production worksheet reminds the operator when to lay the foam.
